Ganesh is the son of Lord Shiva, a great devotee and guna-avatar of Lord Krishna. He is empowered by Lord Narasimha to remove obstacles on the spiritual path and help us to open the doors to spiritual perfection. Hence entrance of the Temple is guarded by him to bless all devotees and avoid any hindrances.

AROUND THE TEMPLE HALL
Garuda is the chief carrier of Lord Vishnu and from the flapping of his wings, the sama-veda emanates. Many Indian temples have Garuda seated on a pillar right in front of the main shrine. Lord’s glance of protection is always upon his pure devotees like Garuda & if we stand close to him, Lord may also glance upon us.
Hanumanji is the loyal servant of Lord Sri Ramachandra. Sri Sri Radha Gopinath are none other than Sri Sri Sita Rama. Eager to serve, Hanumanji aspires to be always near the Lord. He also blesses the devotees with strength and intelligence to serve the Lord faithfully.
SRILA PRABHUPADA AND HIS WRITINGS
No matter where in the world Srila Prabhupada was, he would rise many hours before dawn each day and devote his full attention to translating and giving commentaries on the sacred Vedic texts. Some of his major literary works include Srimad Bhagavad Gita, 18-vol Srimad-Bhagavatam, 9-vol Sri Chaitanya Charitamrita and The Nectar of Devotion. While giving his own purports, he routinely consulted and included insights from other important authorities like Srila Baladeva Vidyabhushana, Rupa Goswami, Vishvanatha Chakravarti Thakur and Sridhara Swami. His books, now published by the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust (BBT) in 57 languages, now comprise over 80 volumes, with over a billion copies sold. Click here to view/get Srila Prabhupada books.
