Vyāsa Pūrnima: Honoring the Eternal Guru of Vedic Wisdom
“vyāsāya viṣṇu-rūpāya vyāsa-rūpāya viṣṇave
namo vai brahma-nidhaye vāsiṣṭhāya namo namaḥ”

Salutations to Vyāsa, the form of Viṣṇu, and to Viṣṇu, who appears as Vyāsa — the treasure-house of Vedic wisdom and the noble descendant of Sage Vasiṣṭha.

Today is a sacred day — a time to remember Śrī Vyāsadeva and all those who genuinely represent him.

The beauty of Sanātana Dharma lies not only in its profound foundational knowledge, but in its thoughtful and dynamic application.

Śrī Vyāsadeva is the root of all bona fide sampradāyas. Even those who deviate from the original path still rely — knowingly or unknowingly — on the immense treasure of knowledge he has given. Though such groups may use his works, they certainly do not represent him.

We offer our deepest gratitude to Śrī Vyāsadeva and to all those who faithfully carry forward his true legacy.

Offering gratitude to Vyāsadeva is not about external worship or grand celebrations. The real offering is to invest our time and sincerity in understanding his teachings — by regularly immersing ourselves in the great literatures he compiled: Mahābhārata, the Bhagavad-gītā, and Śrīmad Bhāgavatam.
Those inclined toward deeper intellectual inquiry may also engage in the study of the Vedas and Upaniṣads — another realm preserved and systematized by him.

Let us worship Śrī Vyāsadeva by remaining lifelong students of his vast and divine wisdom.

“Thus, he stands as the source of all knowledge, and everyone else remains a student at his feet.”

Vyāsa Pūrnima kī jai!
