Yoga doesnโt begin on the matโit begins in the mind. Yoga is the inner intuition of the self, expressed through conscious action in the world. It is where dharma and kriyฤ converge. It is Yoga in its most essential form.

โThe Hindus were deeper than the thinkers of Europe because their interpretation of the world was internal and intuitive, not external and intellectual. The intellectual divide everything, and intuition unites everything.โ

โThe people in the Indian countryside donโt use their intellect like we do; they use their intuition instead. Intuition is a very powerful thing, more powerful than intellect.โ

In India, Steve Jobs observed how little people possessed, yet how deeply content and focused they were. This experience shaped his philosophy of โ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ด๐ด ๐ช๐ด ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฆโ โ inspiring him to strip products of excess and highlight only what truly matters.

Unfortunately, Yoga today is increasingly externalizedโreduced to debates, divisions, and displays. Itโs become an exercise in proving rather than experiencing, a shallow reflection of its original depth.
One of Yogaโs most crucial aspects is: ๐ฉ๐ข๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐บ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ช๐ฏ๐ต๐ฆ๐จ๐ณ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ. Yet today, many practitioners are more commercially and competitively driven, turning Yoga into cult-like exhibitionism. The space for inner intuition and judicious action has diminished.
Yoga, in its true essence, is rooted in reflection, observation, and contemplation. It creates harmony among oneโs knowledge, action, emotion, and experience.

Take Arjuna as an exampleโa Kshatriya who had everything: wealth, family, status, and clarity of purpose. Yet even he faltered on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. His brief moment of inner collapse led him to seek guidanceโnot from consultants, but from Sri Krishna, to help him face life as it is.
The essence of Sri Krishnaโs teachings in the Bhagavad Gฤซtฤโa scripture centered on Yogaโis this:
Life is to be lived in alignment with oneโs innate nature. Struggle is realโand in the midst of it, we must acknowledge the presence of forces beyond our control.

Yoga teaches us not to stretch our suffering or our ecstasy beyond what they truly deserve.
๐๐ข๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ, ๐ช๐ต ๐ข๐ณ๐ช๐ด๐ฆ๐ด ๐ธ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆโ๐ด ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ข๐ท๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ค๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ด ๐ฃ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฉ ๐ช๐ต๐ด ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ช๐ต๐ด ๐ญ๐ช๐ฎ๐ช๐ต๐ดโnot to manipulate outcomes, but to think rightly in the face of whatever arises. That, truly, is Yoga.
The Gฤซtฤ also reveals a profound truth: a true Yogi gives their full energy to actionโas if they are the doerโwhile holding the unshakable conviction that the results are never in their control.

Yoga is the grand harmony that unites the individual, society, civilization, the Rฤแนฃแนญra, and the Supreme BeingโBhagavฤn ลrฤซ Krishna.
Yoga is the union of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Nothing is to be rejected, and nothing is to be obsessed over.
